Level: Adult Advanced Beginner-You have some sewing/quilting experience. You can consistently sew a straight line and and a 1/4” seam. You must have a mastery of your sewing machine including threading, bobbin winding, changing needle, stitch length adjustment, and changing out presser feet. You are able to use a rotary cutter and mat to cut your fabric.
Make this colorful quilt top! This pattern is jelly roll and fat quarter friendly. And the beauty is you don't have to match seam lines!
In this class, you will also learn the technique of chain piecing, along with color and design placement. You will have homework in between classes.
You will also be offered a 10% discount on longarm quilting if you would like to have your top quilted by the Sewing House.
Fabric requirements purchased at the Sewing House
16 fat quarters or 16 quarter yards or 32 jelly roll strips
1 1/2 yards background fabric
